The seven evidence artefacts every Data Fiduciary should be able to retrieve
A policy says what an organisation intends. An evidence artefact shows whether a person, system and review process can carry that intention into a real request or incident.

A notice succeeds when it reaches the person at the decision point, explains the specific processing plainly and stays linked to the systems that act on the data.

The detailed Board update is one step in a wider response sequence. Teams need an awareness decision, an immediate evidence path and a disciplined way to update uncertain facts.
Your processor contract is only useful if operations match it
A clause cannot find a forgotten integration, rotate an administrator, retrieve an incident log or delete an exported copy. The service relationship needs an operating record.
